Mocha Cream Cheese Chocolate Pie


Make and cool a  graham cracker crust, or buy a ready made crust if
you're lazy.



8	oz.	cream cheese
1-3/4	cup	milk
2-1/2	tsp	instant coffee
1	package instant chocolate pudding mix


Beat cream cheese to get it broken up, then add milk in small amounts and beat 
well after each addition until smooth.  Add instant coffee, mix well.  Add 
instant pudding, beat until mixed. Warning! Don't take too long to mix, or it 
will set up in the bowl!
