Deluxe Brownies


Brownie mix

1	Package Fudge brownie mix, any brand
1/4 	cup	vegetable oil
1/2	cup	water
2	eggs
3	tbsp	cocoa powder
A medium-sized handful of chocolate chips


Topping Mix

1	cup	brown sugar
2	egg whites
1	tsp	vanilla


Mix the brownies using the cake-like recipe on the box, or as above.  Don't 
forget the cocoa or the chocolate chips.  Pour the batter into a 13x9 pan and 
smooth flat with a spatula.  Mix the topping by beating the egg whites until 
frothy.  Add the brown sugar gradually, beat until stiff and glossy.  Fold in 
the vanilla and spread on top of the brownie mix.  Try not to mix the two 
layers together.  Bake for 50-55 minutes at 350F.
