Raspberry Swirl Brownies 4 oz (1 stick) butter 4 oz (4 squares) baking chocolate, cut up 3 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1-1/2 cup sugar 2/3 cup flour dash of salt 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup seedless Raspberry jam 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans Preheat oven to 350F. In a 2 quart glass bowl, combine butter and baking chocolate. Heat in a microwave oven on High for 1-2 minutes, stirring once or twice until smooth and melted. Beat in eggs, vanilla, and sugar until blended. Mix in flour and salt, then stir in the chocolate chips and nuts. Pour mixture into a greased 8 inch square pan. Drop spoonfulls of jam over the brownie batter. Use a knife to swirl the jam around and through the batter. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top looks set. Let cool in pan, then refrigerate.
