Doug's Cookbook - Desserts Neverfail Cake 2 eggs 3/4 cup cocoa 1-1/2 cup sugar 2 cup flour 1-1/2 tsp baking soda 1-1/2 tsp baking powder 3/4 cup shortening 3/4 cup sour milk (make by adding 1 tablespoon of vinegar to milk) 3/4 cup hot water Put all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl in this order and beat all at once. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan or cupcake cups lined with paper and bake at 375F for: 35-40 minutes for 9x13 pan 20-25 minutes for cupcakes When finished, frost with buttercream frosting, search for it where are a lot of them.
