Glögg - Swedish Mulled and Spiced Wine This a traditonal drink for swedes to drink in December. 37 cl - 75 cl unspiced vodka 1 bottle (75 cl) Red Wine 3 tsp cardamon seed 5 cloves 1 pices of cinnamon 1 seville orange peel 1 piece of ginger 2 -3 dl sugar To serve with: 1 -2 dl scald almond 2 -3 dl raisin Mix vodka, wine, spices and suger in a saucepan. You longer time you do this the better taste it will get. The spices will do more for the taste. Slowly heat the glogg, don't let it boil. Strain te glogg through a sieve before serving. Glogg shuld be served hot but never boiling, at least if you have alcohol in it. Serve it in small cup together with raisin and scald almond.
