Spicy Chicken with Potato ------------------------- 1 chicken (about 1 kg) salt 1/2 tsp pepper a pinch potato 8-10 onion 2 butter salt 1 tsp marinade: butter salt soya 1 tsp pepper a pinch tarragon 1 tsp Cut the chicken in half and rub with salt and pepper. Peel and cut the potatoes and onion, put it in layers in a ovenproof dish.salt between the layers. Cover with aluminium foil and put it in the oven for 15 minutes in 200'C( approximate 400'F). Melt the butter and put the other ingredient for the marinade in the butter. Crumb the tarragon, cause herbs are sensitive for heat and would quick burn. Brush the chicken with the maarinade and put it on the potato. Replace the dish in oven agian, without aluminum foil, for 45-50 minutes. Serve with a salad( lettuce, cucumber and tomato).
