Notes:
E	Entrance
W	Where King Welmar usually is located, if he's not there he is w from
	place. Note that Welmar is a _very_ tough mob for players without good
	eq/dr/spells. The king pops golden crown and golden sceptre.
A	Astrologer, a _tough_ mob, don't attack him unless you've got a death-
	wish. The mage that lurks around there is about the same toughness as
	the rest of the mobs.
