Vein
of quartzlike berlinite in the middle of an phosphate lens, with blue lazulite
etc. Lens size approx. 4x30x20 mm3. Collected April 21 2001 and later identified
with Energy Dispersive X-ray analysis by Daniel Svensson.
Berlinite
veins in phosphate lens. Visible area approx. 2 cm2. Collected Dec 28 1975.
Identified with X-ray diffraction methods by Staffan Hansen. Specimen located
in the collection at the Center for Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Lund.
Impressive
berlinite surrounded by blue lazulite. This old specimen is located in the collection
at the Center for Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Lund.Approx. 5x3x3 cm3.
Very
impressive old berlinite specimen. Approx. 3x3x3 cm3. Located in the collection
at the Center for Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Lund.
Quartz
in a phosphate lens together with several phosphate minerals. This indicates
that it´s not always berlinite that looks like quartz in the phosphate
lenses. The specimen has been determined to be quartz with EDS-analyze by Staffan
Hansen. Specimen was collected by Heinz Pfotenhauer in 1980. Located in Daniel
Svensson´s collection. Specimen size is approx. 4x4cm.
