Ok, this one...well you see, my QuickCam only has this long chord and when I opened the window, the chord wasn't sufficient, so I had to close it again. Also, if I held the QuickCam straight, too much light was coming in from the upper left... This is the view from my only window in my appartment in Strasbourg. To the left, there are meny (so what, this is how it is pronounced...at least in Swedish) roofs that I can look out over. To the right, you can see the beginning of the semi-outside hallway which I walk each day to descend the four floors to the busy street (actually, the street is behind the camera but, so, there is no window, why do _you_ care?). Notice, in the top right corner, the church spire (I have never seen the church but I thought you should note anyway.).
Welcome to my place. You can see the black desk with some receits and papers, and a floor lamp and my bed (and pillow), which is very dear to me. I sleep under a typical Alsatian beam ("poutre" for all you Frenchies), which meets another beam further up and so on. No, I'm not left handed, but right now it was more practical. Notice the floor which is genuine fake wood...I think. Ok, it's a terrible picture. It was the light...
Yeah, but, the light was so strong on the white walls and all the rest was black or dark... This is my "coin sale", dirty corner. Here, I stuck everything I don't use for the moment. Usually, it is half hidden behind the door to the left (which leads to my bath room, of which you of course cannot see anything, "c'est normal"). I'm happy to show the world this dirty corner. It represents another, darker side of me. There are suit cases and big paper boxes and clothes. The bookshelf is filled with books and other things, for example, unfortunately, clothes, that too. To the left and right of the picture you can see clothes on the floor, I don't know why.
So, the last corner of my appartment, which shows I'm a real pro when it comes to taking pictures. Turned a few more degrees and it would be perfect! I have an extra chair for visites (I don't have any, but maybe one day...). There is a phone for talking with the tramps out on the street. There is also a kitchenette (French for qc j'ai oublie') which always is overcrowded by dirty glasses and plates and so on.
I hope you return soon to follow my life. Next time I've planned to have nude pictures of several old girl friends. Also, as an extra bonus, if I buy a new chest of drawers, I might show that on a separate picture. Nothing major, but... Ok, see you!
